Replying to @Chris1981 Methylfolate is NOT a medication. That’s the whole point. Its a totally different way of supporting your body. It is arguably the best way. It is a vitamin supplement which provides the body with nutrients it actually needs to function properly & may be lacking. Which is why when someone starts consistently taking supplements, & symptoms they were having are alleviated they feel empowered enough to step away from medications that were once helping them with the same symptoms. There are signs & symptoms of low levels of folate & b12 I speak about them in other videos. It is a deep topic to cover. So, In other words supplements get to the root cause of the reason why we take medications to begin with. No matter what why or how if you get off some of these medications you & your body will experience physical detox symptoms that can be very uncomfortable. Nothing will stop that! there are things that can help but it will still happen- it has to. Your body is addicted to a substance & you are taking it away. So the body must learn again to function without it. I hope this all makes sense because we want to be as clear as possible. Everybody deserves to feel better.
