@halinkahart: Hip Mobility Requirements 👇 Read & Share 👇 I see these challenges go around the internet, they are fun & exciting, but practice in these cases MAY NOT help you nail these movements 👇 Focusing on the JOINT REQUIREMENTS via MOBILITY & STRENGTH TRAINING will help you one day unlock these skills without necessarily practicing them 🤓 Remember connective tissue takes longer to adapt then muscle tissue so the individual joint functions you may lack in each of these movements matters 🔥 For example, I literally haven’t done these for maybe 6 months now, but what I do every session is blend my MOBILITY & STRENGTH training so I have access to these ranges 🤓 Joint Mobility Requirements for these movements 👇 ♥️ Version 1: Ankle Dorsiflexion, Hip Flexion, Knee Flexion, Hip Internal Rotation ♥️ Version 2: Ankle Dorsiflexion, Hip Flexion, Knee Flexion, Adductor flexibility & strength, lat & ql flexibility ♥️ Version 3: Ankle Dorsiflexion, Hip Flexion, Knee Flexion, Adductors of STEEL 🥵 🧡 Version 4: Ankle Dorsiflexion, Hip Flexion, Knee Flexion, Hip Rotation You can work on the technique by adding wedges under your heels & a band in front of you for balance ⚖️ More importantly working the actual joint functions you lack gradually over time will matter most & you would be working CONNECTIVE TISSUE that surrounds your joints that takes longer to adapt than muscle tissue.
