I am literally in tears 😭 it resonates with me bc I have Rheumatoid Arthritis another disease that does not get much awareness. I have those same thoughts and feelings

I love you both!!!! And messy and sleeping is ok. Folllow the goal…. It can be messy and icky getting to the goal. Just get to the goal.
