That’s because they’re still embedded and hardwired in your nervous system.  10. When an old pattern resurfaces pause before you react - become conscious.  11. Take note of when these happen & don’t beat yourself up 14. Engage in a regulating activity. Anything that makes you feel safe. Try EFT tapping, breathwork or meditation.
