I did it once, it was very painful and took over 14 days to heal. The results were great but it was too painful for me.

I love to do it once a year for anti-aging purposes. They must have done “therapeutic” settings. With Halo “Glow” settings, most MENDS slough in about 5 days. You will get great results!
