@tiinasdiary: ”Why do you paint in sketchbooks?” I wanted to dedicate a whole video (with voiceover 👀) to my love of painting in my sketchbooks 🌷✨ I sometimes get questions from people about why I don’t paint on canvases or make art in a bigger scale, so in this video I wanted to dive into the topic a bit more and maybe give you some inspiration for creating, especially if you have been feeling a bit pressured to do art lately 🫶🏼 I do want to point out (because I have a feeling I’m going to be getting some comments about this) that obviously with the word ”sketchbook” in this video I’m referring to the notebooks itself, not to what’s inside or to insinuate that my work has anything to do with sketches. I spend hours and hours on my paintings and I’m just choosing to do my finished work inside of these notebooks that I (and the brands who made them!) call sketchbooks.
