Do you eat “healthier” food since weighg loss or just eat smaller amounts of “fattening” foods. A few ppl i know who had op just eat smaller amounts of the same foods that helped create obesity

I had my surgery 2 yrs ago thus July...I wasn't even allowed to eat that sort of food at 20 weeks post op...should still be on soft foods really
