Melatonin gives me awful weird dreams plus the lack of energy in the morning. These gave me good dreams and I’m not groggy in the morning. I recommend these!

I’ve tried the Sweet Dreams gummies and they’ve done nothing. I take 3x what I should to sleep because my brain doesn’t shut off at night
