@qeusaofficial: Look at the blade twitch before grabbing the material. This is a great example of why dozer GPS has a limited range as we get into tighter tolerances. Having the blade outside of the wheelbase makes it almost impossible for the autos to hold the blade still unless cushioned with material. This is why UTS graders are used for tolerances under 4-6 hundredths. Having a blade in the middle of the wheel base makes less aggressive reactions, and real time corrections through LOS not GPS limit any wrong reactions · · · #workthedirt #digitdigitalgps #earthmover #earthmoving #earthmovers #bluecollar #bluecollarlife #bluecollarnation #bluecollarnation #bluecollarlifestyle #construction #constructionlife #constructionsite #constructionequipment #heavyequipment #heavyequipmentlife #heavyequipmentnation #heavyequipmentoperator #heavyequipmentmechanic #heavyequipmentphoto#dirtnerd #buildwitt
Set your blade control point all the way to the right instead of “best fit” it’s just jumping over the contour lines. It will hold it steady

topcon does it to. if your blade isn't atleast half way loaded its gonna jerl. common sense. you have sensors telling heavy steel what to do, yeah they can adjust it but still gotta have it loaded

Judge the compaction of your material. Cut it in high, once compacted cut it .1 high then drop back and clip it to .03 3/4 blade length wide. Watch satellite count. stays loaded just enough. 👌money

If you use grade-line screen u don’t need autos. Once your dialed, shouldn’t have to move hardly at all
