So you made 18 pmts and not 36 ( which would have been 3 years ago). 84 months and 65 pmts left. So you either didn't make half the payments and it's up for repo or you lied about buying it 3 yrs ago.

Babe you could have put the cash to the Tahoe, refinanced and after some time, traded it in for something reasonable. I get no car payment, but a small payment is better than 1400 and possible repo.

At 10% interest. Your credit is telling you you cannot buy a new car. Even with the horrible interest rates they came down to 5% for me. I have almost an 800 credit score.
