I never knew it was called food noise and that I’m not the only crazy person. I was just diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my dr is prescribing mounjaro. I pray the noise goes away. It is torture. 😢

I never stop thinking about food.Most of the time it's how can I avoid being around food but also what can I eat now.Once it starts I can't stop the binge.Like I'm watching a movie of someone else.
