@jensensavannah: The 4th Annual Cabarrus Burger Madness is happening through the month of March! 18 local restaurants are battling it out in this friendly, bragging-rights competition that showcases the culinary creativity of the chefs and gives us some out of this world dishes to try 🤤🍔 Here’s the ones I’ve tried so far!: “Vibez Burger” – This seemingly mile-high burger has a base of chuck, brisket, and short rib as a patty. It is then topped with lettuce, tomato, smoked bacon, shaved ribeye, jalapeno pimento cheese and Cajun pork rinds. “Pizzazz Burger” – Two 4oz hand patties, seasoned and smashed on the grill, both topped with melty mozzarella cheese, crispy pepperonis and marinara sauce, all between grilled garlic ciabatta bread and served with two mozzarella sticks and a cup of marinara on the side. “Fried Bologna Burger” which starts with two slices of all-beef bologna, Swiss cheese, house-made pickles, dijonnaise, and crispy onion straws on a toasted Brioche bun.
