Be sure to torque the bolts correctly going back together. Too tight and you’ll collapse,crack or bind the tube and that’s a big no bueno

that's how you learn. fork seals are nothing. might as well take it apart and grease the rear linkage while your at it. don't get discouraged it's a used bike
