thats crazy... in sweden we havet a minimum of 25 pto days (often more, around 30) and unlimited sickdays...

In Ontario Canada, we do not get any paid time off. We have three personal days that we can use but they have to fall underneath specific categories like an immediate families, wedding or graduation.
