I’m on 2 chewable Multi Vitamins a day (AM/PM) and don’t start iron or calcium until after my 30 days. So far on day 12 Post surgery and I have not had to take a single Stool Softener

I purchase travel pouches from Amazon. I add my vitamins in the pouch, I’m able to notice which pill I have taken. I’m 2 months post op
