$20 is what my 17 yr old is getting paid at Target in NJ. $20 should not be a salary for someone in their 30’s with college. Jobs need to pay more. Companies want to hang onto profit so bad that they are lowballing people so hard for jobs can’t afford to live.

i spent 15 years working retail pharmacy where even when I wasn't working yes I was because I was called at all times when I wasn't there to help and forced to do the job of 4 people.
