This is only for office work and larger companies. What about the food industry, or other industries , unfortunately we all don’t work in offices.

my boss is CONSTANTLY giving me sh!t bc I have to write down new things. he actually holds it against me. he can't grasp that I don't remember specifics if I don't use the info on a reg basis🙄

im poorly but i can work PT. my employer has rejected resonable adjustments to reduce from FT. currently going through an appeal with support from my union. 🥺

I literally have the problem that i work in my head after work and sometimes then need my job to relax... also i need to have youtube running while other jobs are done on pc cause i need more stim

I work in retail so my manager knows now that too busy is overwhelming and not busy enough makes me sleepy

my old manager used to let me take minutes in end because if I was writing it down I wasn't missing anything,then I had to type them up so they stuck well in my head 😅
