I like to have 2 cups just in case one isn't sealing for whatever reason or just isn't comfortable that day.

If you bleed a lot, even a larger cup may not last through the night, so having a few pads isn’t a bad idea. Also, keep some on hand because there is DEFINITELY a learning curve with using the cup
