I have 1 and was very concerned with accuracy on %. I use an In-Body scale at my gym (about $15k) and its off by about .3% on BF. much rather a $25 scale over a $15k for pretty accurate readings

It gives the generic answer for your weight vs height and age. Doesn’t actually calculate based on an electric current.

For $24 this is great for at home daily tracking. Inaccurate, yes? But directionally correct on a daily basis, absolutely. I use a $1200 scale monthly. It’s 2-3% error.

my food scale from the same brand is legit. and I have similar scale from a different brand . I'd buy this just for the Bluetooth connection.

I have 2 of those scales. One says I have 26% body fat, the other says 19%😂...I don't think it's real accurate on some of the measurements..but it is a cool scale
