as someone who works in the field. you can its just personal hiring home care staff and costly and the agecare plans are Max 40k which isn't enough for years round full time care.

In the USA it would be 10,000 to 12,000 for found the clock dementia care. And they’d be left in a room without engagement for hours. My Mother, who has Alzheimer’s lives with me. She would love this

Yes this is beautiful, but the one they just built in Queensland is just as amazing if not better, it is set up like a little holiday town with shop’s,cafes,hairdressers, restaurants etc amazing

I worry what will happen to my husband and I when we get old. We have no kids. Mind you having kids doesn’t guarantee that they will look after you. This might be a good option for us later in life.

This is great, absolutely amazing but I work in aged care. It breaks my heart the struggle that we are facing (short staffing, Covid, not having all the time that we need to care for the residents.)

To pay a personal carer round the clock would cost $10,000 a week at least in the west, places only exist like this because carers are paid only a few dollars a week.
