@stephanyvicx: Happy Sunday! ✨ On this night I served Chu toro & O toro sashimi plate with a yuzo ponzu sauce, topped with serrano peppers, osteria caviar & micro greens as the the starter. For the main I prepared a broiled miso glazed black cod. (I accidentally left it in the broiler a minute too long 😅) everyone said it was still delicious. I served that with ginger garlic bokchoy and a daikon radish salad that was tossed in a tamarind & manuka honey dressing. I also made another olive oil cake, pineapple flavor this time.
