I live in central FL and have tried for years to ripen bananas from our dwarf cavendish tree with no luck 😕. Do you have any suggestions?

Do you cut your tree back every year? I live in a climate where it freezes in the winter time and I was told to cut it back tp 18 inches each year till it fruits.

Can you do a banana tree facts video on how to get them to fruit?! 😅 I’ve had one for 2 years, keeping it inside for winter, and so far no fruit 😢

I am in zone 9A and our banana trees never grow bananas. When they start growing large, summer is over and it’s gets to cold & of course they die off but come back every spring 🥺

Is it true bananas have seeds in them? I’ve always been curious if they look different than the ones in grocery store.
