Do you cut your tree back every year? I live in a climate where it freezes in the winter time and I was told to cut it back tp 18 inches each year till it fruits.

I have ice cream bananas and they do fruit but, I never get a good bunch (like 8-10 nanners , what do you fertilizer with and how often? I’m in npr btw. Thanks and love, love, love ur food forest!

I am in zone 9A and our banana trees never grow bananas. When they start growing large, summer is over and it’s gets to cold & of course they die off but come back every spring 🥺
