please don't cut your hair this can be repaired with a gentle shampoo and extra conditioner. as long as your hair isn't like a rubber band you're good.

Chopping it off didn’t help me at all it just kept getting worse. Some people don’t understand this hair type.

you might have super hard water. I used a demineraliser mask and that stopped for me. You do have to do a chop tho

Stop putting loads of product in. Put a clarifying shampoo in to get all of the built up product out ONE TIME, then from now on only use shampoo and conditioner

K18 hair mask. Hair cut every 3months with the SAME hairdresser (make a plan with them) use a moisture mask once every week, apply a serum/oil on your lengths and ends every day inbetween hair wash

Oil your hair overnight whenever it's wash day the next day. I've Ben doing that bc no matter what my hair is dry and it's helping!
