I love Pilates ❤️imprint your spine, king! I would cue it as: Tuck your tailbone under your pelvis, tilt your hip bones back towards your ribs. Belly button meets spine, full connection of spine to mat. We control our whole abdomen and engage our core as we knit lower ribs to hip bones. We tuck chin to chest and roll into our crunch, hands behind head for support if wanted. Legs lift off the mat just an inch or two and we hold them there with our deep core stabilizers. Low and controlled alternating pulses of the legs - all muscle no momentum ❤️
