@tianasjournal: it’s time I stop keeping my mouth closed. I’m over the “Canva designers aren’t real designers” debate. 🙄 it’s tired. and old. let it go. yall know I been rocking with @canva since it first came out and it’s been a staple tool in my creative agency and now design studio @tnm.creative and I’ve never had a client complain. Why?! Because I know what I’m doing. I know the basics, i have graphic design training, I know I have vision, + I have a creative eye that many don’t have. And a platform isn’t going to give or take that away from you. 🤷🏾‍♀️ If I wanted to run my business completely through adobe I could, but do I want to hear my computer sounding like a vacuum all night or making my computer go as slow as a snail just to get one graphic done — ID DO IT, but I have too many clients, too many projects and too much going on to wait on adobe. so I say this to all my graphic designers out there, do what works for you and don’t let anyone tell you you’re “less than” because of what platforms you use. I promise we all could go bar for bar, or in better words “ipen for ipen” and see who’s the best out, but why?
