The v5says on the front of it, the registered keeper is not nessessarily the legal owner, house deeds will probably have a similar clause on it somewhere!

In Law, if you register ANYTHING, you hand over title ownership, yes, that does mean birth certificate as well, and I have actually gone through the system for B/C and proved that to be correct 👍
