🤔 but that port is the 2nd largest in the US. over 1.2 billion supply trucks utilized that bridge per year. its a huge disturbance.

From MD,myself and i never really put together how many automakers use that port. It’s also the #1 port for stolen vehicles I believe. I see why it’s so popular for smuggling cars now

The loss of the bridge will also have some impact on trucking as certain materials and vehicle sizes are restricted from the tunnel. Longer routes around BAL.

It’s only gonna be a supply chain issue because they know they can raise prices over it. You can still get around the loop. Shipping delays will be impacted while the super structure is being removed.
