@mad_electrician_official: I came across this a few years ago while doing sustaining work, and I couldn’t believe it. The uncapped wires were perfectly folded in the box so that they weren’t touching the sides and causing a ground fault when I originally opened it up. Had I been careless or complacent, this would have been the perfect scenario to get hung up.
