Pro tip : always stretch out your arm muscles before and after workouts, even including if your workout other regions of muscles. If you don’t stretch before or after the entire muscle won’t reach its capacity in growth. And be careful in breaking the muscle, that will happen if your put to much pressure on them without stretching.
