How can Gazans celebrate the news of a potential ceasefire when there is no one left to celebrate with? When entire families have been wiped out, when homes have been reduced to rubble, when the sound of laughter has been replaced by the cries of grief. How can they celebrate when their children are buried beneath debris? Hundreds of thousands of innocent people - women, men, and children - have paid the ultimate price for talks of a ceasefire to even exist. The cost of their lives should never have been the price for peace. This is not a tragedy measured in numbers; it is the annihilation of generations, the destruction of dreams, the extinguishing of humanity. Shame on the world for allowing this to happen. Shame on those who turned away, who just watched from the comfort of their living rooms as if the genocide of Palestinians was just another program on a screen. For those who feel as they can not or could not help there is so much you can do! You can speak up, post on social media, educate your friends and people around you on what is happening. October 7th will be etched into our memory as one of the most shameful humanitarian crises of our time. And when future generations ask why the world stayed silent for so long, we will have no defense. The truth will be simple - humanity was lost, and the world turned a blind eye to the suffering of Gazans. As Greta Thunberg said: “I am not afraid of Isr*el. I am afraid of living in a world where there is no humanity left.” The world’s silence is not neutrality - it is complicity. Eyes on Humanity! If you would like to help provide Palestinian, Syrian and Sudanese refugees in Jordan who have fled war with life saving aid, food and water please donate to the link in my bio.🤍 #fyp #gaza #palestine #freepalestine #war
