The power stone was not used when thanos fought hulk in Thor ragnarok also 08 hulk is technically canon to the mcu but they nerfed hulk to the point that hulk has the mind of a child that was never the case hulk has always had an anger management problem plus being prideful of his strength rather than him getting scared at the defeat at the hand of thanos he should have felt insulted and enraged by that fight
