@mindbrainbodylab: In a world where traditional trauma therapy often reopens old wounds, there's a revolutionary shift towards a more effective method. Imagine not reliving your worst moments but instead, telling your mind it's safe now. This short video examines this new approach. By focusing on the unconscious mind, we can rewire trauma responses. It's about teaching your brain that it doesn't need to act in response to past trauma anymore. We need to focus on healing and moving forward! I talk about this all the time! I don’t agree. Understanding what happened is important. You don’t need to re-experience every moment. You need release the emotions!!
