I felt exactly like this , like I turned 31 and looked so much older , I quit eating sugar and cleaned up my diet and sleep . Within 2 months I looked years younger and my skin is back to plump,smooth

the exact same thing happened to me when i turned 31. people in the comments are saying it’s to do with kids/sleep/stress etc but i don’t have kids and live a stress free life however-

I’m battling this as a 34 year old. I’m doing my best to avoid Botox (had none yet). I’m going back to habitually drinking home made bone broth daily! I did this years ago & it made my skin glow!
