When I left an unhealthy relationship of more than 10 years I gained about 20 lbs- was finally happy and my body responded to not constantly being in fight or flight mode. Sending much love your way!!

This makes me cry happy. I have Crohn’s disease and for so long I can’t gain weight. Where it’s really dangerous for me I’m 21 years old and only 41kg. And I get this happy when I’m up even 2 pounds
