Had to cut out gluten completely. My stomach bloats so bad I look 8 months pregnant no lie. Since cutting it out if I eat any gluten I throw up. :// I miss pasta.

You look like you have the exact same problem as me! Im only 5’2 but weighed 180. Mostly muscle but a distended belly and some “fat” and lots of water retention!

Yea I understand I’m celiac and haven gluten free for like 11 years. Also get being really heavy a little over a year ago weighed about 250… have gotten down to 170. The struggle is real
