@mantinimotors: We are attempting to build the best full suspension mini bike. 

So today we are starting with the swing arm

After gridning all the tubes and welding it together, we ran into a problem.

The swing arm wouldn’t fit around the wheel spacers.

Is it fixable, or will we need rebuild it?
