Tips: 📌 brace your core in every exercise by pulling your belly button in toward your spine and tensing your abs (like someone punched you in the gut) 📌 you can substitute 2.5-5 lb ankle weights for the banded ab marches 📌 I’m using 10 lb weights in all the standing exercises and 5 lb weights in all the exercises in which I’m lying down 📌 PUSH YOURSELF!
