My midwife said that it was totally fine for me to get raw sushi. She just told me to get from a good restaurant, avoid a few random very heavy metal fish (like tile shark?) and limit my tuna 🍣

Yum! As my midwife said, don’t eat gas station or grocery store sushi! But if you go to your fave restaurant where it’s always fresh, go for it!

I understand you're not allowed dairy within 6 hours of meat, is that the same with fish? also can you have vegan dairy with meat? xx

Are they really kosher , because i know a lot a places that they says are kosher but guess what the “ rabbi” just sign its kosher with out to check if they are really kosher🥺
