As someone who works in IT, I have people who ask for a password reset literally every day. Not an exaggeration...literally DAILY.

Anytime I talk to someone with a company and I'm frustrated with their app I always apologize and try to breathe and pray they can help. If they can't they can't and I still apologize.

Every time you update your software on your phone you have enter all your passwords manually on all your apps. No way around it except not updating your iOS.
