This is why the all or nothing approach doesnât work - your brain can only handle when a goal is broken down into bite-size chunks otherwise thatâs when self sabotage creeps in and why so many people donât fulfil their New Yearâs resolutions đ§ Feeling safe to release the weight: this was something I didnât expect on my weight release journey was that my body was holding onto extra weight due to my nervous system being dis/regulated which resulted in my body feeling too unstable to release weight.
