@awesomeframers: Didn't know you could install it this way?  Simple Google search shows when/why we can.  As the GC we @Pioneer Builders, Inc. has always installed their own temp power pole (we had a dozen at one point) and ground rod.  I'm the epitome of tough because it was my job (then Bryan's) to drive ground rods with a sledge.  It also seriously made me question my life choices until we had a battery roto hammer big enough to drive (with @Diablo Tools 10" SDS-Max Ground Rod Driver (google it to find it, here DMAMXCH1040).  Still, the first attempt here hit hard pan right away the day before. I bought another ground rod from Lowe's (local "mom and pop" store) and then went at an angle.  Less than 10 minutes total #themoreyouknow #framersareadyingbreed #construction . .
