@coach.bluee: Want to get “Lean” for the summer??? Follow these steps… 👇🏽 Step 1: Eat in a calorie deficit. Just eat less calories than you burn in a day. That will put you in the negative for calories in and calories out formula. Step 2: Track your food daily. What doesn’t get measured doesn’t get tracked. You need to know how much you are eating in order to make adjustments as you need to. Step 3: Exercise 45-60 min per day + Cardio Step 4: Drink at least 1 gallon of water per day Step 5: Do weekly check ins. Whether with your own self or a coach in order to track progress and make proper adjustments to the plan. Step 6: Make adjustments on a weekly basis as you need to. That could be adjusting your calories down or increasing your cardio depending how fast you are progressing. Step 7: Actually follow the fuc*ing Plan.
