My son has autism so I kind of get it but if your daughter won't go play in the big bit that's not really their fault and knowing it's school hols I either avoid or call ahead to see if it's busy

I can see both sides. If the policy is no over 2s then I guess they worry that other older kids might pile in if they see a child in there. It’s safer to stick to the rule tbf

I get the rules cause it ends up with other big kids following I would find somewhere that does like autism sessions ect my daughter would be the same if she doesn’t have someone with her
