Detroit Jackets have tapered sleeves and a two button system. If your sleeve stitching is straight and not a curved support stitch then your jacket is a fake. 3. The material of the jacket is the easiest wand quickest way to identify fakes especially online. The fabric should not have any shine to it. If your jacket has none of these three features then it’s most likely a real legit jacket.
