It’s called a Seri Muka! The green part is made of pandan the bottom part is glutinous rice :)

We call it puteri salat in Singapore but in Malaysia it's call seri muka. You can visit Malaysian restaurants in London, they might sell it there.

Buy some from bengawan solo before u fly back!! They have a store at the airport and many other locations but u should try their Pandan cake too🥰

In Singapore The green with glutenous rice is called Puteri Salat, the yellow is called Binka Ubi and off the layer one is called kueh lapis the Largely Malay kuehs are adopted the Peranakans in fact

You should be able to find them at Malaysian / Singaporean cafes! The green and white one you’re eating is called Seri Muka, and the layered colourful ones are called Kuih Lapis.

you can buy them from a local chain store called “Bengawan Solo” here in singapore when you’re out & about at malls!! they are yummy & affordable too 😄

nyonya kueh is just a general type of traditional dessert. each of those different ones have different names. the layered rainbow ones are called kuih lapis (literally meaning layered dessert).
