@ritzrants: I like to look back at my old journals because not only do I find it useful to see how far I’ve come, but sometimes I find some real nuggets of truth within my old entries. This one in particular really struck me because even though its such a simple statement, it’s truly important to look after yourself first, and ultimately be your own best friend.
