@thisbrownmom: You will need; A bag of nachos Cheese sauce – I used the @woolworths_sa jalapeno cheese sauce (but there is a cheese sauce recipe on my feed) A tomato, ¼ diced red onion, chopped coriander Ready-made guacamole @woolworths_sa – or you could make it yourself by smashing an avocado in a bowl then stir in diced onion, tomato, garlic and season with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Sour cream Slice or pickled Jalapenos For the mince; ½ can Black beans (rinsed and drained) 300g Mince ( I used lamb) 1 cup Cheddar cheese (3/4 for the mince and ¼ for topping) Taco seasoning – I used hot seasoning (I love this stuff) @woolworths_sa ½ diced onion A tsp ginger & garlic paste Add the onion and mince to a pan, allow it to brown. Add in the garlic and ginger paste and allow to cook, season with taco seasoning and salt to taste. Add a little water if necessary. Top with cheese, switch of the heat an allow the cheese to melt. Arrange your nachos as per the reel. #nachos #nachocheese #fullyloadednachos
