gym contracts auto renew you have to cancel via email or at the gym and keep as proof. The same goes for cellphone contacts.

same happened to me. when I called the lady said I must cancel my contract even though I signed up for a 12 month contract. they then automatically renew it. they debited R1200 off my account after.
