I have misophonia, the main trigger being other people's music (the base, or low rumbling talking on a radio) would any of these work to stop that but be able to have conversations still? x

Just bought a pair for my partner. I’m such a loud snorer and shes is an extremely light sleeper. She also struggles with multiple chronic illnesses & barely sleep. I hope these will help a bit.
