I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Progressive House Insurance, in the hopes that it might help others avoid the frustrations I’ve faced. Over the past two years, I have been deeply disappointed with the service provided by Progressive. Despite paying my premiums faithfully, I found myself in a situation where multiple holes were left in my home due to issues covered by my policy. To this day, these problems remain unresolved, and it feels like an uphill battle to receive the assistance I need. What has been particularly disheartening is the lack of communication from their team when I reach out for help. They are quick to call me if my payment is late, but when it comes to addressing my claims, it seems my concerns fall on deaf ears. This inconsistency has left me feeling neglected and frustrated. I share this not to scare you, but to encourage everyone to thoroughly evaluate their insurance options and be aware of the potential challenges. It’s crucial that we hold our service providers accountable, especially when it comes to protecting our homes. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience. I hope it serves as a reminder for all of us to advocate for ourselves and ensure we’re getting the support we deserve.
